Your True Colours Are Like a RAINBOW!

It’s time to shine!

2020 has brought a significant transformation to all of our lives.  Every one of us has been affected by it in some way shape or form.  For many of us, its shed a light on how we can make a true impact on others’ lives and has forced us to shift into the next level of consciousness.  Relationships have been torn apart, businesses broken by it, and the list goes on.  The big question is:  How are we dealing with our new reality?  Accepting of it or not, it’s real, unavoidable and if you allow it, transformational.  The fact is, it’s time to shine bright like a rainbow (or a diamond!) because Your True Colours Are Like A Rainbow.  The brighter we shine, the greater our vibration is.  What does this mean?  And how do we shine brighter so we can vibrate higher?  Well my dears, that is a very good question with a very simple answer:  Meditate!

Meditation is 100% one of the ways to shine brighter, vibrate higher and fast!  Meditation has been an integral part of my life since I was a little girl.  Without knowing it, my Mother taught me a variety of meditation techniques to use when I would get nervous before a skating competition;  breathing and counting numbers, and visualization inspired by her best words to me ever, “Susan, you can do whatever you put your mind to”.  The best part about those inspiring words is that I believed her, and I mean, I truly believed her!

We want to vibrate higher so our energy attracts the best and highest good for us in all areas of our lives- yes, it’s possible! Meditate to shine bright and vibrate higher.  This Fall has presented us with a variety of weather patterns which haven’t stopped me from taking my meditation practice outdoors.  I love meditating outdoors and if there’s an opportunity to amp up my outdoor meditation experience by being in nature, then I’m all in!  Of course, I travel with my handy dandy Alternative Seat so I can sit my seat down in any debris the weather has left me with.

Energetically, meditation affects our energetic body in a positive, uplifting, cleansing kind of way.  Practiced regularly, meditation will help us navigate our lives in a more easeful, peaceful, patient, and optimistic manor.  You may wonder what kind of meditation to practice.  I’m the type of teacher (and student!) that prefers to try a variety of techniques before committing to one way or one particular method.  I encourage you to do the same.  Try several different ways of meditating, and eventually one way will stand out more that works best for you!  If you would like guidance with this, please check this out.
