Rainbow Foameez Refund and Shipping Policy

REFUND POLICY

Timeframe: Customers can return the product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in undamaged condition and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process: To initiate a return, please contact info@rainbowfoameez.com with the subject line “RETURN.” You will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return process. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions: Please note that any purchases made during a promotion or sale event are excluded from returns or refunds. Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing: Once you’ve placed your order, please allow 24-48 hours for order processing time before shipment.

Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for shipping fees, as well as any customs or duty fees applied to international orders.

Delivery Time: Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery after the order has been processed. We ship via standard FedEx and UPS shipping methods.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you can expect to receive an email from us with your tracking information. This will allow you to track the status of your delivery.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the USA.
